Service Description
There is a development to sparring and the beginner level is TECH SPARRING, which is designed for you to get your range and technique for all punches and combinations whilst working with a partner in a alternative attack and defence scenario. Next level is CONDITION SPARRING, which allows both of you to throw and defend at the same time but and limited to what punches you can use. The final starge is OPEN SPARRING, where all limitations are off and all punches and defence and counter puching is available to use. Come a learn how to get to the final stage.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel and reschedule up to 24 hrs before the start of your CLASS or PERSONAL TRAINING session. After this point no refund or credit can be issued. If you have purchased a block of credits and cancel outside 24 hrs a automatic credit will be given. If you have purchased a single session then please contact us before cancelling your session.
