Service Description
This class is dedicated to learning the padwork system at legends so when you attend any of our other classes you will know exactly what the coach means when he says " 832 roll roll 323! This is a must for everyone and great to develop your skills and ideas when training on the punch bags in the other classes.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel and reschedule up to 24 hrs before the start of your CLASS or PERSONAL TRAINING session. After this point no refund or credit can be issued. If you have purchased a block of credits and cancel outside 24 hrs a automatic credit will be given. If you have purchased a single session then please contact us before cancelling your session.
